Your information
Here’s how I use your information.
I use the details you share to help check home insurance prices, keep your progress, and prepare a request for Jenna. This notice explains how ShopInsure handles that information.

What you share
I collect the messages and answers you enter, including your property address, home details, ownership, contact details and date of birth when needed for pricing. I also keep your account information, saved price results, choices, review requests and the documents you upload.
Please share information you’re authorized to provide. I don’t need your Social Security number, payment card details, passwords or sign-in codes in the conversation.
How the service uses it
ShopInsure uses this information to save and resume your work, check property details, request prices, show your results and support Jenna’s review. It also uses technical records to protect accounts, investigate errors and understand whether requests and uploads finished.
I use AI to help understand your messages and write replies. Relevant conversation and property details are sent to the AI provider, OpenAI. AI can make mistakes, so you can correct your answers and Jenna checks the actual carrier quote before sharing reviewed coverage.
Policy PDFs and guest quotes
When policy reading is available, the PDF you upload is saved privately with your quote. After its safety check, relevant pages are sent to OpenAI to extract proposed details. You review those details before they are used. An upload does not request agency review or subscribe you to marketing.
When guest uploads are available, you can upload before creating an account. Signing in through the quote’s save flow attaches the quote and its document to your account. If you leave without signing in, the guest record remains saved; clearing browser data or changing devices may prevent you from reopening it. Saved files are subject to record-retention and deletion-request handling described below, and archiving does not delete them.
Who helps process your information
Supabase provides account sign-in, saved records and private file storage. Vercel hosts ShopInsure. Google Places helps find and confirm addresses, and QuoteRUSH supplies property details when available. Fetch uses the information needed for a price request to work with carrier websites. Those first results contain prices only.
When you request Jenna’s help, your selected price, contact information and relevant application details are used for that handoff and agency review. Authorized staff can work with the review requests and carrier documents. Uploading a personal document alone does not request a review.
Signing in through Google or Apple, when available, also involves that provider’s sign-in service. If you choose voice input, your browser’s speech service processes the audio; ShopInsure receives the resulting text.
Your browser and saved records
ShopInsure uses sign-in cookies and browser storage to maintain your session, remember appearance preferences, and recover unfinished sign-in or saved-work steps. Hosting and service providers also process connection details such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and protect the service.
If you choose to start through the Greene referral page, a session cookie remembers that choice and a referral label is saved with newly created homes. This helps the team measure that route. It does not change access, prices or coverage.
Archiving a home or document hides it from the active list; it does not delete it. Saved conversations, files and review history remain available for the account and review workflow. Clearing browser storage does not delete those saved records.
Understanding how the site works
ShopInsure can use Vercel’s measurement tools to understand visits to public pages, broad referral sources, loading performance and whether a price check or review request reached its next step. These measurements do not include your name, email, phone, date of birth, property address, conversation, documents, prices or private case links. Search reports from Google and Bing help the team understand public discovery.
Measurement is limited to permitted public URLs. A small set of fixed partner campaign labels can identify which shared link brought you here. The label stays only in page memory as you navigate, without analytics cookies or browser storage. All query values, including Facebook click codes, are removed from measured URLs. Unknown query parameters, unrecognized or duplicate campaign labels, fragments and private review or account-document routes are excluded. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable these measurements. Vercel processes connection and browser information to provide aggregated reporting; its Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. Availability of a measurement tool may change, and blocked or unavailable reporting does not prevent you from using ShopInsure.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
You can review your saved homes and documents after signing in. Tell me when an answer needs correcting. For a copy of your information, an account issue or a deletion request, contact Jenna at jenna@greeneinsurance.com or 1-800-252-6885.
The team will need to verify the account and review the request before changing or releasing records. Insurance, transaction or review records may need to be retained where required; Jenna can explain what can be removed and what must be kept. Archiving is not a substitute for requesting deletion.
Questions or changes
This notice covers the ShopInsure service described here. A carrier or other service may provide its own privacy notice for its work. ShopInsure will update this page when its information practices change. Contact Jenna if anything is unclear or you’re concerned about information in your account.
